Previous Honda Clients and Still Loving Honda And Okotoks Honda
My name is ML and my family recently purchased a 2011 Odyssey from your dealership. I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what an incredible experience we had buying this vehicle through Kim Power. I have never bought a vehicle before with such ease and confidence. This is our 7th new Honda and third from your dealership. (2 have been from HighRiverHonda)
Kim was simply outstanding! She went above and beyond our expectations. We have dealt with Kim before at Crowfoot Village Honda and when we realized she had moved, we knew our next Honda would be from Okotoks Honda, because of our last experience with Miss Power.
When our Odyssey sold suddenly, Kim found us a new one quickly, worked the numbers for us to find us the best deal, offered us a loaner if needed and in the end sent Berten in, all the way to Airdrie to pick me up when my child suddenly became ill. I hope you understand what a treasure of an employee you have in Kim. She even stayed very late the night I came to
pick it up. She wanted me to know my vehicle and feel comfortable in it.
We have so much respect for your dealership and about the integrity of your employees. Everyone in your dealership was welcoming and I would also like to say a special thank you to Berten for helping me go through my new vehicle and set it up. It was very helpful to learn a few new tricks.

It’s Worth the Trip
“Asif, I wanted to send you an email to inform you of the terrific service I received from your dealership recently
.
I purchased my car from your store approximately two years ago. I have since moved to the SouthEast but still bring my car to Okotoks Honda to be serviced. As you can imagine, there is a dealership much closer to us, however, the service that Duane, Shane and your Service Department provided us make it worth the trip.
I originally spoke to Duane two weeks ago regarding winter tires and an oil change.
On the phone, I had mentioned that a weekend appointment would be preferable as I had available time and didn’t want to be rushed but wanted the car to be ready for the snow. Not only did he find me a pair of ice tires that would be suitable for my car but he accommodated my weekend appointment as requested.
When I arrived on Saturday, he remembered that we didn’t want to be rushed and told us that he would try to get us serviced as quickly as possible with the purpose of having our car ready to go.
He had us in and out in an hour and a half. Fantastic! He was personable, friendly and had a great sense of humor.
Working in the service industry, I truly appreciate good service with honesty, integrity and dedication. I believe that a great experience and terrific service should be recognized. With this said, I wanted to take the time to let you know how impressed I was.

I Love My Honda Fit
I love my Honda Fit!
I just had to get that off my chest. Okotoks Honda (formerly “High River Honda”) has been around for years and years.
My search began a couple of years ago for a “cute hatchback that’s good on gas, is reliable and could fit three sword cases, their owners, Maestro’s kennel and Maestro” led to nothing but frustration in Calgary. Several dealerships treated me like a “dumb female”. Several models failed my test miserably.
I wound up with a 2007 Honda Fit from these guys. The Sales Department treated me like a normal person. It probably helped that my dad came with me. They showed me the 2007 Fit, which just came out in North America (aka “Jazz” in Europe and Asia). I LOVE the Magic Seats(R) because of their three modes: Utility Mode (think “station wagon”), Relax Mode (think “full length bed”) and Tall Mode (think “bike”). I invented a new mode – “Gig Mode”, which is a combination of all three modes, to accommodate my keyboard, speakers and gear.
Today called for the Utility Mode to cart my winter tires. The fog made me late but they took it in stride. I was in and out in just under an hour for my tire swap, which seems to be the standard during 90% of my visits there.
Prices are pretty good (TIP: Labour rate is reasonable when you go outside of the city). They explain everything to you in terms that make sense. They can also fit you in within a day or two for regular appointments.

Their new digs in Okotoks are more spacious. The lounge area is pretty cushy and they have a good selection of junk and semi-healthy food in their vending machine. Cold cream too for your coffee or tea. Bonus

“About eight months ago I bought Honda CRV from Okotoks Honda. I was looking around and went to so many different dealerships, but I can proudly say that type or customer service I received from Okotoks was exceptional. Mark & Greg in the Sales Department are the two exceptional people that I had a chance to deal with.
In October I came in for oil change and when I spoke to Duane in service, he came out to my car and advised me that I still had 40% of the oil life left and it was too early for a oil change. In January, I finally got the oil change done. That honest opinion had a most impact on me.
Just last Friday, first time ever in my life, somebody damaged my vehicle. I had to go to work next day and from work I called Duane and told him what happened. Again he took care the whole matter and had my car looking new in my hands within 5 days.
Just want to thank the team of Okotoks Honda for taking care of the whole issue and I am truly touched by the excellent service that I have received.
I work in a service industry and I know how hard it is to win a trust of a client and here your team has got a customer for the whole life.

A Simple Thank You
Hello Rahim,
I just wanted to send you a note and thank you for the “WOW” experience that we had when we purchased our new CrossTour. Asif was great from beginning to end. We came into the dealership on January 4th with no real idea on what we were looking for other then we wanted to drive a CRV. Asif sat with us and asked some open ended questions to help us focus on what to drive. We ended up driving the CRV, CrossTour (Cathy really loved the red one in the showroom) and an Accord Coupe. After driving the vehicles Asif asked more open ended questions and gave us information on the vehicles we had driven. There was no discussion of cost, timeline or pressure as Asif understood that we were just at the beginning state of our car purchasing experience. Asif followed up with us within the week as he had promised to do. There were lots of e-mails back and forth between Asif and myself. Asif was always prompt and helpful. We decided that we needed to drive the coupe again as well as a sedan for our second visit to the dealership. Cars were ready and waiting for us when we got there. Our third visit was to drive the coupe and the CrossTour again.
At this point we decided that we would go with the coupe if we could find the right car. Asif searched and couldn’t find exactly what we wanted as we were very set on Leather/heated seats and if it was a coupe, had to be the blue and had to be a 2010. So it was back to the drawing board. Asif was patience and again asked good open ended questions. We had always liked the CrossTour the best, but weren’t sure that we wanted to spend that much money. Asif told us to take his demo home (as he was on his way to Vancouver to deliver a car) for the night to see if it was what we wanted. We picked up the CrossTour from Greg, who had it ready and warm when we came to pick it up. From this extended test drive, we decided that we were going to see if we could put together a deal for the 2010 red CrossTour in the showroom. Again Asif showed his professionalism through the negotiation phase of the purchase. The process of putting together the deal, was a pleasant experience. Beginning to end the process was over 5 weeks long. Many test drives later, 5 trips to your dealership, we have a new vehicle.
We had lots of options out there. We drove Ford Fusion’s, Hyundai Sonata’s, and Chevrolet Malibu’s. We talked about Subaru’s, Toyota Venza’s and Ford Edge’s. We had some good experiences with other dealerships and also had terrible experiences. But this was a process, and it was a long process, Asif consistently providing a higher level of customer experience throughout the experience. The purchasing of our new car was a WOW experience.
