Do you have a vehicle with any or all of these symptoms:
• Rearview camera displays an image randomly
• Turn signal indicators come on randomly
• Cruise control cancels with turn signal or hazard light use
• The VSA indicator comes on with VSA DTC 68-1 (brake pedal position switch stuck off) or 68-12 (brake position switch stuck on)

If the vehicle has an aftermarket trailer hitch, and it’s causing a back feed, that could be the problem.
Let your service advisor know and possibly remove the trailer hitch’s aftermarket wiring.
Remove the wiring, and test-drive the vehicle to see if this gets rid of the symptoms.

When spark plugs reach their service replacement limit, or when your troubleshooting says a plug is at the end of its service life, always replace the plugs, never clean them. To do their job, spark plugs need clean, sharp-edged centre and ground electrodes. But over time, the sparking action causes the edges to round off. Cleaning the plugs doesn’t restore the edges to a like-new condition; in fact, it usually rounds the electrodes even more! This is especially true when dealing with modern plugs with electrodes made from platinum or iridium. Since cleaning hurts plug performance, it also hurts engine and emissions system performance and fuel economy. To fix it right the first time, always think replacement for fouled or damaged plugs.
